Welcome to Charlotte Camera Club! We are a growing, active club of photographers spanning all ages and skill levels. We offer a fun mix of opportunities and ways to participate.

Our meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of every month except the months of November and December (no second meeting those months).  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and conclude by 9:00 p.m. We meet at St. John's Episcopal Church at 1623 Carmel Road, in Room 205. Members and guests are invited to arrive a little early to socialize before the meeting begins.

Next Meeting: Thursday, March 8 - Skylum Software

CCC Presenter : Gary Emord

CCC Board Member, Gary Emord, is a retired Civil Engineer and an advanced amateur photographer who recently moved to our area from Long Island NY. There he competed in local camera club and the PFLI photo federation competitions where he has won numerous awards. He shoots Canon DSLRs and Sony mirrorless cameras.

Gary's presentation will present Adobe alternative software from Skylum, formally Macphun software. His focus is going to be on Aurora, an HDR processing program that can produce stunning yet realistic photos from your bracketed exposure series or from a single photo. If time allows, he will also introduce Luminar, which by itself, can process your RAW files into stunning photos by using presets or many available filters.
